Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and kkbb ("kkbb", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kkbb website located at kkbb.today, including all services, features, content, and functionality available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by kkbb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on kkbb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Providing false or misleading registration information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion from kkbb or any other gambling platform with which kkbb has reciprocal arrangements.
• You must hold only one Account on kkbb. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension without refund of funds.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of kkbb Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete information. kkbb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require verification of your identity and payment methods at any stage.

• Each User may hold only one Account. If duplicate accounts are detected, kkbb reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kkbb will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• kkbb may request supporting documentation at any time as part of KYC compliance, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts may be restricted pending completion of verification.
• Any account found to have been registered with false, inaccurate, or misleading information will be suspended immediately, and any funds within the account may be withheld pending investigation.
• kkbb reserves the right to close any Account and return the available balance (less any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. kkbb will notify the Account Holder by their registered contact details before applying any dormancy fees or further action.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kkbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment method's processing times. kkbb targets same-day processing for most withdrawal requests received during operational hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kkbb offers promotional bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to eligible registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the Account Holder to whom they were issued. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• kkbb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, in cases of abuse, technical error, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures, including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software, will be disqualified from all promotions and may have their accounts suspended.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and other calendar milestones will each carry their own specific terms which Users must read and accept prior to participation.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

kkbb is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all Users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other Users or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes, share information improperly, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Registering multiple accounts, or using another person's identity or payment method to circumvent account limits, verification requirements, or promotional restrictions.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer game mechanics, or bypass security controls.

kkbb employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring tools. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, kkbb reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkbb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kkbb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkbb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. kkbb will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime or service interruption, whether planned or unplanned.

Amendments to These Terms

kkbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
